I drained the battery on my car, because my alternator went out. I never knew that my alternator was bad, and I ran my battery completely. Load can jump or take a "" him back up and running or do I have another?

You need a new alternator. The battery can be repaired, depending on the number of the vacuum of a bad alternator. They were tested at Autozone or Sears.
