How do you make frames/templates for pictures on the computer? - picture templates
I am currently in the construction of the structure of some of my own pictures in a photo shop. I tried the link and paste it into another picture, but does not seem so great. I have a pink background and try to make a perfect heart, that I draw a picture to be cut. Who knows how to make a particular set of templates to make it look professional?

Use the tool to your heart and then with the magic wand tool to select it. You can then copy, cut with scissors or the image that you want to save.
