OK, I wonder if there is a way to stop the torrent download to my sister, because it downloads in online games and I am soo lagggg and who do I even say that he should stop, 's will be lost Whom it again .. ..

Both sound immature. How would you decide together how the proportion of each will be used to explain and understand. Specify a certain amount per week, and you must also follow.
I have the same problem, only for me, my bf their downloads like crazy, but the difference is the Internet slow night playing with my ability to do my job as a BAS, not my ability to be online.
